How to ask questions

If you have any questions, you can ask them anytime under any guide on the Mavenseed platform.

Your questions and our answers stay there, benefitting all fellow students.

To do so:

1. Open the guide on which you want to ask a question in your browser.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You can press the End key on your keyboard to jump down there.

3. You’ll see a section called Ask a Question

   1. Enter your question in the Title field.
   2. In the content field, you can detail your problem, give us some context, and any information that can help better understand your question.
   3. Click Submit Question to post it.

When you submit a question, we’ll get a notification and typically get back to you within a few business days.

You can also use this feature to report bugs and give us feedback.
